CORPORATE CLAIMS PHILOSOPHY
To ensure that quality service is provided in the negotiation of optimum and speedy claims settlements for all clients. In keeping with this philosophy and the values established by Fraser Fontaine & Kong Insurance Brokers Limited, the Claims Department displays integrity, professionalism, ethics and excellence in all its interactions with both clients and potential clients, in the delivery of unequaled quality service.
DOCUMENTATION
The Claims Department has always sought to develop solutions that extend our range of service in a prudent manner. We are fully cognizant of the technical language used in insurance documents and to make it easier for our clients, we will provide them with a Manual, which simplifies claims procedures, principles, completion and execution of relevant forms for the various risks. At times, we offer brief lectures to safety groups to create an awareness of their operations/responsibilities relative to policy conditions. This has always yielded positive response from existing clients.
FFK RESPONSE TO CLAIMS
ON-SITE VISITS On site visits are usually made immediately upon notification of any loss occurring on the insured property, arising out of the effects of a fire, flood, hurricane, earthquake and windstorm, to assist the client in the effective presentation of their claim and we arrange early inspection of the damage by an independent Adjuster.
RECOMMENDATION FOR INTERIM PAYMENTS After the preliminary inspection, recommendations are usually made by us for an interim payment to enable early restoration of business activities and minimization of financial loss.
ACCESSIBILITY TO CLAIMS PERSONNEL We have over the years built a close relationship with our clients and are always accessible for responses to any queries arising from any incident/claim or potential claim. The Claims Department has a set of service standards, which guide all our interactions with our clients/potential clients, and we strive to achieve excellence in the delivery of our claims product, whilst being governed by the maxim "Your Claim is our First Priority".
